Shipping policy
At Mazaya, we do everything we can to ship your orders quickly and under the best possible conditions.
Our handcrafted products are carefully packaged by hand in Marrakech, Morocco, before being shipped to our customers across Europe and worldwide.
1. Shipping Areas
We deliver to most European countries (France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Portugal, etc.) as well as several other international destinations.
If your country does not appear in the list available at checkout, please contact us at contact@mazaya.fr to check the possibility of a custom shipment.
2. Processing and Shipping Times
All orders are processed within an average of 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel in real time.
The total delivery time, including international transport and customs clearance, usually ranges between 7 and 10 business days, depending on the destination country and the carrier.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

and the selected delivery method.
We offer several options, ranging from standard international delivery to express shipping, depending on the destination.
4. Customs and Import Taxes
Orders shipped from Morocco to the European Union or other countries may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
These fees, charged by local authorities, are the customer’s responsibility and vary according to the regulations of the destination country.
Mazaya has no control over these additional costs and cannot be held responsible for them.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
This number will allow you to track your parcel directly on the carrier’s website.
If you do not receive this email within 3 days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@mazaya.fr.
6. Order Reception
Upon receiving your parcel, please check the condition of your order before signing the delivery note.
If any item is missing, damaged, or defective, please contact us at contact@mazaya.fr within 48 hours and include photos of the issue.
7. Delays and Delivery Issues
Although most orders arrive within the estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or peak periods.
Mazaya cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or local authorities.
If your parcel appears to be stuck or lost, please contact our customer service at contact@mazaya.fr.
We will open an investigation with the carrier to locate your shipment.
